Economic Development 1 is the foundation course in the NYCBC Private Client program. It is built for pastors, ministry leaders, nonprofit directors and entrepreneurs who want to create lasting economic opportunity in their communities.

You'll learn to:

• Assess your community's needs, assets and opportunities
• Plan a community or business development project from idea to launch
• Identify funding sources, including grants, partnerships and investors
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations and government
