Economic Development 2 is the advanced course in the NYCBC Private Client program. It builds on Economic Development 1 and helps leaders turn plans into funded, sustainable projects that grow over time.

You'll learn to:

• Turn a development plan into a funded, launch-ready project
• Structure partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, churches and government
• Manage growth, budgets and teams as your project expands
• Measure and report your impact to funders and your community

Recommended: complete Economic Development 1 first.
